Your first question and reading are provided completely free of charge. No payment information is collected and no refund is applicable.
Paid Services
If you purchase additional readings or services, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if your reading has not yet been delivered. Once a reading has been delivered, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for readings that have already been delivered and read, as the service has been fully provided. Dissatisfaction with the content of a reading does not constitute grounds for a refund, as psychic readings are inherently subjective.
